The Director of Marketing will lead all brand and marketing strategies across the organization. This senior role is responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement, and top-line revenue through multi-channel marketing campaigns and product storytelling. The director will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand alignment, support new product launches, and oversee the evolution of the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Experience Leadership
- Define and evolve the company\'s brand identity across all customer interactions.
- Ensure a consistent and values-driven guest experience in every market.
- Work with Operations and Training to unify branding in-store, on menus, and in customer communications.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support revenue and customer growth.
- Lead and mentor a marketing and branding team that thrives on creativity and results.
- Manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaign planning, product launches, and promotions.
- Monitor KPIs related to awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty; use insights to drive improvements.
Product Development Support
Partner with the R&D team to bring new products to market through strategic marketing campaigns.Build and manage pilot programs, customer feedback loops, and go-to-market plans.Ensure that new product stories align with the brand voice and guest expectations.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with executive leadership to integrate customer insights into business planning.Partner with Finance to manage marketing budgets and forecast ROI.Collaborate with Loyalty, CRM, and IT teams to improve digital customer engagement platforms.Support local store marketing initiatives, community events, and new location openings.Qualifications
4+ years of progressive marketing leadership experienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.Strong background in digital marketing, CRM, social media, and brand strategy.Experience leading cross-functional teams from concept through campaign execution.Proven success in data-driven marketing and performance analysis.Details
