POSITION PURPOSE :

The Associate, Client Engagement Group, Private Wealth position is based at CIMs office in Phoenix and reports to the 1st Vice President, Client Engagement Group. As an Associate, you are responsible for making and taking daily calls to your respective territory with the goal of making significant contribution to the achievement of CIMs product sales objections with the partnership of your external wholesaler in the Private Wealth channel. A top performer in this role is a positive, highly motivated and detail-oriented sales professional with prior experience in financial sales, a background in the real estate or private equity industry and a desire to learn. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Proactively reach out to financial advisors and key stakeholders within assigned territory to promote CIMs product offerings.
• Identify each contacts investment objectives, match their needs to appropriate CIM products and effectively present each products features and benefits.
• Collaborate closely with the external wholesaler to develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
• Assist in organizing and supporting advisor meetings, webinars, and conference calls.
• Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and advisor feedback using CRM software.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with CIM products and market changes.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
