Construction Superintendent

Description :

• The Construction Superintendent is responsible for schedule, budget, material ordering, sub-contractor management
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA standards
• Submit RFIs for design questions to the internal design team, architect, or engineer
• Log construction progress and submit daily / weekly reports to project manager and client
• Assist with change requests and change orders
• Read blueprints, schematics, designs and drawings and assist sub-contractors with any necessary questions changes and scheduling issues
• Submit building permitting, schedule building and engineering inspections,
• Work with management on productivity, costs, quality control, document management and processing of applications for payment
• Finalize final punch list and assist with completion of work

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• OSHA 30
• Experience with ICC (International Code Council) and IBC (International Building Code)
