Impact Property Solutions is searching for a Countertop Sales Representative to act as the company’s voice and face by generating new and existing countertop sales in the Dallas / Fort Worth markets.
This role will develop customer acquisition strategies to obtain countertop orders from new and existing management companies, general contractors, and single-family industries.
The Countertop Sales Representative will also resolve emergency issues, and handle service issues beyond agent capability.
The position also requires excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and conflict - resolution skills.
Countertop Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and build countertop sales and obtain new orders from new and existing management companies, general contractors, and single-family industries in conjunction with establishing new accounts.
- Prepare sales presentations based on existing and new customers' unique business needs.
- Utilize CRM systems to document sales activities, scheduling, customer calls and reporting.
- Monitor competitive landscape by understanding current multi-family industry marketplace pricing, products, installations, and deliver information.
- Recommend new and innovative products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns by understanding concerns, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish guidelines for Apartment Associations and event participation.
- Developing sales performance strategies, countertop market intelligence, and developing presentation material to assist in company sales objectives.
- Establish and execute growth strategies to target new and existing markets.
Countertop Sales Representative Competencies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.
- Ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, process driven, have effective planning and implementation skill sets.
- Requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- MS office (word and excel) and PC fluency required.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years Granite / Stone industry sales experience or other equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Physical demands
Must be able to travel and have the ability to be in a vehicle for extended periods of time. Ability to walk up and down stairs, multiple times a day.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
