Position Summary
As a Territory Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth within your assigned territory, which includes Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; and Rochester, NY. Reporting to the National Territory Manager (NTM), you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that The ICEE Company is represented in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the business to meet and exceed sales goals for product sales, service revenue, and equipment sales.
- Achieve growth targets for all brands and products while maintaining brand integrity.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage customer relations and account growth for both new and existing clients, addressing billing issues and complaints efficiently.
- Develop marketing strategies and promotions in collaboration with customers to maximize sales.
- Execute promotional initiatives with regional and national customers to attract and retain business.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction in all interactions.
- Produce weekly updates on new business developments and promotions.
- Maintain an organized, professional working environment across your territory.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the National Territory Manager.

Bachelor's degree preferred.Previous sales management experience in the beverage industry is a plus.A valid Real-ID Driver's License is required.Travel Requirements
This position will require travel within your territory, with expectations of being on the road approximately 4 days a week. Overnight stays will account for less than 25% of total travel, based on seasonal demands and ongoing opportunities. Flexibility to work some nights and weekends, including travel to trade shows, meetings, and events, is essential.
Compensation
Annual salary starting at $70K, with potential adjustments based on experience, education, skills, training, and certifications.
