We are seeking experienced and licensed Loan Officers to join our team and help us continue our mission of empowering homeowners and buyers.

Position Overview :

As a Licensed Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in originating, processing, and closing mortgage loans. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from your preferred location in Arizona and will enjoy a competitive commission structure of 1.

75 basis points (bps) plus benefits as a full-time W2 employee. This compensation package offers you the potential for significant earnings based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Originate mortgage loans and guide clients through the application process.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure timely loan processing and closing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends.

Additional Information :

• KBishop Funding is licensed in AZ, CA, CO, GA, FL, TX, WA.
• This position has a direct supervisor but is remote.
• We are ever expanding our list of investors and are on the lookout to add as many niche products as possible. KBishop is in the process of adding Mini-Correspondent lending.

Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or related experience).
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, credit assessment, and financial analysis.
• Understanding of mortgage lending regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Arizona required.
