We are seeking an Assistant Office Manager for our Holladay, UT office. Your primary responsibility will be to own the metrics that allow patients to heal with TMS treatment.
Direct support from organizational leadership will help you cultivate the skills to successfully manage a practice independently.

Strong customer service mindset. Past commitment to success in a full time role Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
