Accountant (Internal)
GC Associates USA requires an Accountant to provide accounting services supporting company contracts and operations. The Accountant will provide services to include bookkeeping, Costpoint project updates, financial reconciliation & monthly reviews, and other duties as assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bookkeeping -
- Monthly invoice generation
- Periodic timecard import & posting
- Payroll & associated entries
- Leave accrual
- Accounts receivable entry and reconciliation
- Accounts Payable and Credit Cards processing
- Deltek O&M Operations -
- Adding & Terminating employees
- Adding Projects
- Supporting contract structure meetings
- Month End Requirements -
- Bank Reconciliation
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Preparation of month end package
- Income Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Indirect rate report
- Open Accounts Payable
- Open Accounts Receivable
- Monthly Book Close Review & Distribution
- System Maintenance as required
- Signoff on all Bookkeeper Entries
- Financial Statement Review Support
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
Experience : At least 3-5 years' experience with accounting software to include Deltek Costpoint.
