We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented File Clerk to assist with a project in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a contract position that involves reorganizing and transferring physical files to meet the needs of the workspace. Responsibilities :
- Reorganize and transfer physical files from existing boxes to new containers.
- Ensure all files are properly labeled and stored in an organized manner.
- Handle filing cabinets and pallets to optimize the workspace effectively.
- Scan documents for digital storage and maintain accurate electronic records.
- Collaborate with team members to complete the project within the designated timeline.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment during the file transfer process.
- Use proper lifting techniques to handle boxes and filing materials safely.
Requirements :
