The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for maximizing the organization's revenue and profitability by employing various strategies and techniques to optimize rental rates and occupancy in support of the Revenue Management group and will also provide support to other functional areas.
What You’ll Do
Market Research : Conduct market research to stay informed about the state of rental rates, levels of supply and demand, and emerging trends in the single-family rental market
Performance monitoring : Track the effectiveness of revenue management strategies and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as needed
Monitor prospect and resident sentiment via survey data and address any concerns that could impact rental income
Forecast, analyze and provide summary of organizational trends
Develop and update models to provide analysis for various financial conditions related to Asset and Investment Management, Accounting and Operations
Represent Revenue Management on interdepartmental project committees
Track economic and performance indicators within real estate market
Completion of market surveys and other market analysis
Setting of renewal rates and assisting in renewal rate reevaluation and negotiation
Regular QA review of all online distribution channels
Participation in recurring pricing calls with operations
Timely interpretation of data for recommendations
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field
Quantitative degree or supportive coursework preferred
Ability to comprehend federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
Proficiency utilizing Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic OS tools
Proficiency in a programming language (Python, SQL, or R preferred)
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong data and modeling skills required
Experience with revenue management software, property management systems, or customer relationship management (CRM) tools beneficial
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and get along with others
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey findings and recommendations to various stakeholders
Problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
A results-oriented mindset to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Salary Range
$61,650.00 - $106,860.00
