Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal and state labor regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to maintain financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard assets and improve processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals to support audits and compliance activities.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
