Technica LLC seeks to fill a Personnel Assistant II position to perform on a government contract with a place of performance at Ft. Bliss, TX.Position Responsibilities:This position performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, clerical and secretarial duties. The work is under general supervision of higher-level personnel in preparation of various human resource tasks through compensation, benefits, staffing/employment, EEO procedures, various operational systems, and policy administration. Personnel Assistant II is expected to always exercise discretion; limited judgment may be necessary at times. This assistant may be required to operate general office equipment such as typewriter, personal computer, copier, calculation machine, filing/maintaining files, and facsimile. Qualifications:Must be a US Citizen or US permanent resident for more than 3 years to obtain NACI and CAC Card eligibilityMust be 18 years of ageMust be able to pass pre-employment and background checks related to the positionMust have at least an Associate Degree in General KnowledgeMust have a minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative/support roleMust have attention for detail and the ability to determine data discrepanciesMust have good communication skills to include speaking and writingMust be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.Must be able to read, write, and speak English.Must have extensive computer knowledge with emphasis on Adobe, Excel, and WordMust possess a current and valid state driver's license.Must be able to successfully navigate email and documents through Microsoft and G-SuiteMust be able to interact, provide directions, and assist military personnel on daily basis
