Job Description
Druid Hills Golf Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with our members in our state-of-the-art fitness center and help them achieve their fitness goals.
Personal Trainers provide safe & effective customizable fitness programming instruction to our members. They act as a resource here in the department to the membership to aide in providing additional customer service to our members. Must be available to work evenings & weekends.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing fitness programs that are tailored to meet each client’s individual needs
- Instruct individual and teen fitness classes
- Maintaining client confidentiality when dealing with sensitive personal information
- Monitoring clients’ progress and making adjustments to their programs as needed to help them reach their health goals
- Educating clients on proper posture, lifting techniques, and other safe lifting practices
- Helping clients set and reach their goals through motivation and encouragement
- Assessing clients’ current physical condition and identifying areas of improvement
- Teaching safe and effective exercise techniques and providing guidance on proper form to ensure safety during exercise sessions
- Communicating with clients regularly to ensure that they understand their exercise routines and are motivated to continue exercising
