Job Title : Professional Services Implementation Engineer

Department : Professional Services

Reports to : Director of Professional Services

GENERAL SUMMARY :

The Professional Services Implementation Engineer is part of the team responsible for implementing, monitoring, and managing infrastructure at our client sites. This individual will be responsible for travelling to the clients' site and physically installing and configuring infrastructure including but not limited to : Workstations, UPS, Firewall, Switch, WAP. Must be able to pass background check and meet requirements of CMMC3.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Implement on-premises, projects with the highest level of professionalism and craftsmanship.
• Discovery and documentation of client's current infrastructure.
• Provide training and documentation for clients.
• Be committed to continuous education and certification on current, and emerging technologies.
• Provide both internal and external documentation including but not limited to : Visio Diagrams, End User and Technical Team Training and Time Keeping

Additional Duties and Responsibilities :

Knowledge, Skills, and / or Abilities Required :

Microsoft and network certifications are beneficial, but not required.
