Our client is looking for Java Full Stack Lead for a long term project and below is the detailed requirement.

Role: Java Full Stack Lead

Locations: Minneapolis, Dallas, Charlotte, Atlanta, Chicago, Milwaukee (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience: 13-15 Years

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 13-15 years overall IT experience.
  • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, DevOps, etc.)
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment management
  • Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
  • Working knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS
  • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integration tools (Axios, Fetch, Apollo Client)
  • Familiarity with Micro Frontend architecture
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, React Hooks)
  • Proficiency with version control tools (Git, TFS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java Spring Boot applications on Azure
  • Take ownership of production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, including deployment, rollback, and release management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for on-prem to cloud migration initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
  • Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Participate in application modernization and microservices architecture initiatives
  • Contribute to frontend development using React (as needed)
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
