Job descriptionGenerate efficient toolpaths, considering tool selection, speeds, and feeds to achieve optimal machining results. Setup and Operation : Operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. Tool Selection and Optimization : Continuously optimize tool usage and machining processes for increased efficiency. Quality Control : Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any deviations and implement corrective actions. Documentation : Provide detailed reports on production metrics and job completion status. Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MasterCam software for CNC programming. Hands-on experience in setting up and operating CNC machines. Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling applications. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of different metals and alloys commonly used in machining. Familiarity with CNC machine controls and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :
- CNC Programming :
Utilize MasterCam software to create and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
Set up CNC machines, including loading tooling, fixtures, and raw materials.
Select appropriate cutting tools based on job requirements and material specifications.
Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure components meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tooling setups, and machine parameters.
