You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining proper documentation and delivering materials to production areas in a timely and organized manner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adhere to strict quality and safety standards, and either possess training or a willingness to learn aerospace material handling requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing kits for production, performing inventory transactions, conducting cycle counts, and operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.Additionally, you will verify part numbers and maintain clean storage areas in compliance with aerospace traceability standards while following company safety policies and quality guidelines. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with at least one year of experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments. Proficiency in basic math and the ability to read and understand work instructions in English are essential.Familiarity with ERP and inventory systems is beneficial, along with a commitment to obtaining forklift certification. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and a team-oriented mindset. Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards such as AS9100 or ISO, along with experience in material traceability and shipping procedures, are preferred.Additionally, candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods, while maintaining a safety-conscious approach in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
