Join a mission-driven team dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to recovery. $115k-$150k Depending on experience Sign on Bonus of $10,000 Relocation Assistance Provided Must be willing to work at our West Eugene, Eugene, and Springfield location Benefits Health, Dental, Vision Plans: Medical and Vision-employer contribution 90% for employee and 25% for dependents, Dental- 90% employee and 20% dependent.401k: 4% Safe Harbor match Traditional/Roth options.Voluntary Benefits: Life, disability, accident and critical illness insurance.Life Insurance: $20,000 company-provided coverage.Time-Off: 12 Holidays, sick time per state requirements, 2 weeks' vacation in the first year.Education and Training: RELIAS annual subscription, two paid professional development days per year.Veterans Grant- Covers additional training, certifications, and fees for veterans.Refer, Reward, Repeat: Employee referral program earn up to $2,000 per referral hired. Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F Responsibilities and Duties: Medically responsible for all clients enrolled in the treatment program, to include special populations (e.g., pregnant clients, HIV+, clients with Hepatitis C, clients with co-occurring disorders).Must be able to assess suitability of individuals applying for admission as well as their ongoing physical and mental stability for outpatient substance abuse treatment.Ensure the timely completion of admission physicals, annual physicals, medical histories, laboratory testing (including TB screening) consistent with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards and sound medical practiceReview all laboratory results as well as medical documentation from other healthcare providers and manage each client according to established best practice and accrediting and regulatory guidelinesScreen clients for common medical co-morbidities and evaluate co-existing medical conditions to identify potential medication impact/drug interactions, to include over-the counter (OTC) medicationsPrescribe and titrate the appropriate dosage of methadone consistent with the client's medical and addiction history to establish a maintenance doseOrder dose increases, decreases, detoxification, or supervised withdrawal after assessment of the client and his/her current treatment historyWrite medical orders based upon the individual needs of the client and sign off on all medical orders Qualifications and Skills: Licensure in Oregon as a PhysicianCurrent Oregon DEA License.DATA WAIVER or ability to obtain DATA WAIVER.Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
