About this Role : Infinitive is looking for candidates who are experienced in both the design and development of the User Interface and Experience to build visually appealing and intuitive applications.

Responsibilities : User Interface Design : Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with project goals and user needs.

User Experience Design : Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Translate findings into actionable design solutions that improve the overall user experience.

Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interaction flows.

Graphic Design : Develop visually appealing graphics, icons, and other design elements to enhance the aesthetics and usability of digital products.

Frontend Development : Collaborate with frontend developers to implement UI designs using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions for continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field. Proven experience in UI / UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and process.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Solid understanding of frontend development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with animation and motion design.

Familiarity with user research methodologies such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
