We are a full-service distributor of Generac equipment and solutions providing sales, service and rentals. We're seeking a Service Coordinator II to join our Service Department. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing service calls, job tracking, invoicing, and contract setup. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth workflows, timely communication, and high-quality service delivery while supporting both customers and internal teams.

Your Impact As a Service Coordinator II, you'll ensure that service operations run efficiently from start to finish. By coordinating technicians, managing customer needs, and maintaining accurate records, you'll directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team success. You'll also mentor and support other service roles, helping to strengthen the overall performance of the department.

What You'll Do

• Create jobs, answer incoming service calls, and assist with technician scheduling & dispatching
• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with customers
• Manage open work orders, including updating customer portals as needed
• Track jobs through completion and ensure proper invoicing of completed work
• Process new contracts and renewals in the company's electronic management system
• Meet regularly with the service operations team to review priorities
• Provide support to other Service departmental roles as needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (every 45 weeks) to handle emergency calls
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Service Coordinator I team members
