Vetta Racquet Sports is seeking passionate and skilled Tennis Instructors to join our dynamic team. As a Racquet Sports Professional, you'll be responsible for conducting high-quality lessons and clinics for all your players. Your primary goal will be to ensure our guests receive outstanding service by providing a fun and energetic experience while always maintaining player safety.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct Lessons & Clinics : Lead engaging and effective individual and group lessons, as well as clinics, for players of all ages and skill levels in tennis.
• Deliver Outstanding Service : Provide an exceptional experience for all participants, focusing on their enjoyment, skill development, and overall satisfaction.
• Create Fun & Energetic Environment : Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every session, making lessons enjoyable and motivating for all players.
• Maintain Player Safety : Consistently prioritize and enforce safety protocols on the courts, ensuring a secure environment for all participants.
• Skill Development : Teach fundamental and advanced techniques, strategies, and rules of tennis, tailoring instruction to individual and group needs.
• Curriculum Development (as needed) : Contribute to or follow established curricula for various programs and clinics.
• Promote Programs : Help promote Vetta Racquet Sports' programs, encouraging participation and retention.
• Professionalism : Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing Vetta Sports positively.
• Court Management : Assist with court preparation and breakdown as needed, ensuring equipment is ready and courts are clean.
