Description
Standard Jobs Administrator will develop, audit and manage the standard jobs, repair options and CSA programs to provide support and ease of use to the personnel within the various areas of the dealership.
Duties and Responsibilities:

To promote and support a culture of safety as the first consideration in all aspects of our business.
-
Analyze available data to create standard jobs, repair options and CSA programs.
-
Identify flat-rate problems and causes. Determine corrective actions and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
-
Proactively maintain proper pricing, repair scope and product offerings.
-
Actively seek out opportunities throughout product support, service and sales to provide standard job support. Identify the needs, promote utilization of standard jobs, repair options, CSA quotes and additional ways that this position can offer support.

This position may involve knowledge of confidential information. Such information should and will be handled with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
-
Two years' experience gathering, reviewing and evaluating information/data.
-
Previous experience in the construction or automotive industry preferred.
-
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
-
Written communication skills with the ability to compose routine reports and correspondence. Written skills should include but are not limited to writing and preparing written materials derived from data gathered and interpreted.
-
Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.
-
Mathematic abilities to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs.
-
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
-
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Ability to demonstrate knowledge or the ability to learn computer programs used to perform primary job functions.
