Job Description
Position Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : Downtown Minneapolis, MN
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM
Compensation : $23-$25 / hour
Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire
Position Summary :
A small, professional office is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a team of approximately five individuals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administrative support and customer service, particularly within industries such as real estate, banking, title, or property closing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file management
- Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized workspace
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Support clients, attorneys, and financial planners throughout the day
- Handle incoming / outgoing mail, including scanning and filing documents
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
