We are looking for a hard charging sales leader to be our Branch Manager for our fast growing facility in Minneapolis, MN. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the southeastern US compressed air market. Obviously previous experience in sales management and / or industrial sales is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities :
The selected candidate will :
- Supervise all branch; sales, administrative and service personnel.
- Help to develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch.
- Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch.
- Supervise the organization to ensure its adherence to Kaeser’s operational guidelines.
- Assist all other Kaeser departments in our organization to maintain a clear and customer focus experience for all.
