We are expanding and looking for motivated and disciplined Sales Associates. Previous experience is not required. The ideal candidate has a high-school diploma or equivalent education. The candidate should have a winning attitude with a proven track record. The candidate will have strong customer service skills and maintain themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Candidate must also be driven by self-improvement, and willing to put in the extra effort to exceed their own goals.
Qualifications :
- Experience Preferred, but not necessary
- Able to meet and maintain manufacturer training requirements
- Professional Appearance and customer service ability
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background and driver check (Review on a case by case basis)
- Excellent people skills
- Computer knowledge, ability to learn Customer Relations Management (CRM)
- Excellent telephone skills
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to be on feet 80% of shift
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, late nights, and some holidays.
- Self-Motivated, Disciplined and Driven.
