We are hiring a Mobile Developer to join our organization on a hybrid basis (Madison, Wisconsin)!

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications (iOS or Android)
• Translate product and business requirements into well‑structured, maintainable code
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive solutions
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following iOS or Android best practices
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the development lifecycle
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• Stay current with iOS or Android platform updates, tools, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Professional experience developing mobile applications in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
• Strong communication skills and collaboration experience
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting (Madison, Wisconsin)
