Job description
A company is looking for an International Benefits Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
Collaborate with consultants to assess client benefit needs and analyze market proposals
Prepare client presentations and handle administrative duties related to client accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in International Benefits, particularly in medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
Four or more years of related work experience, preferably in account or project management
Valid Employee Benefits insurance broker license
Must meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
