Key Responsibilities Review correspondence requests and update billing systems accordingly Compose clear and professional email communications for updates and follow-ups Run status checks on invoice / claim correction files and follow approved SOPs for resolution Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of applicable experience in correspondence or healthcare billing Preferred experience as a Healthcare Billing Specialist Previous medical billing or accounts receivables experience is preferred
