Salesforce Business System Administrator

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Sales and Marketing is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Digital Transformation team in Renton Washington.

In this role you will focus on supporting users enhancing technical capabilities and taking ownership of Salesforce solutions to meet Sales and Marketing requirements. You will play a key role in driving user adoption optimizing Salesforce applications and evolving our processes with AI and automation.

Position Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce tools to support business needs.
• Collaborate with users to understand business requirements and represent their needs driving adoption of new and existing features.
• Own and optimize the Salesforce application identifying improvement opportunities and implementing scalable secure and measurable solutions.
• Stay informed of future Salesforce capabilities and features developing deployment strategies and end-user support materials.
• Collaborate with development teams to modify improve or implement new functionality applying low-code / no-code development for process automation and user experience enhancements.
• Develop and facilitate training for new users and capabilities creating effective visualizations and user support materials.
• Manage user accounts access sharing and record visibility ensuring data security and compliance.
• Solve user issues document solutions and create reports dashboards and advanced analytics.
• Capture ideas for process and technology improvements consulting with business teams to enhance business value.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customer needs.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range : $127500 - $160000
