Job descriptionDevelop the ability to conduct prospect interviews to identify business needs and design tailored solutions, while assessing whether to collaborate with other teams or work independently. Gain expertise in drafting and reviewing proposal documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations. Education / Experience : A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Basic knowledge of various business processes such as accounting, purchase / sales, HR and / or payroll. Experience with business management software such as ERP, accounting, HR and / or payroll software. Fundamental Skills : Professional proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in both Japanese and English is required. Advanced Excel and Power Point skills. Ability to learn quickly and work independently. Logical / Critical Thinking Skills : Ask critical questions and gather data. Grasp the "big picture" and underlying strategic issues. Develop solutions to complex problems. Project Management / Client Management : Coordinate and manage tasks under pressure. Influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership. Proactively resolves issues and push project tasks forward. Business Planning Skills : Achieve results that align with PASONA's business objectives. Take the ownership in developing new business (BPR business) with the team.
Consultant, Business Process Optimization
We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese / English) Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Consultant to partner with our consulting team to drive business process optimization through process, data, and technology solutions for both external clients and Pasona's internal departments.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Be part of the project team to deliver BPR consulting services to clients.
- Oversee all aspects of the process improvement initiatives including the following :
- Conduct interviews with clients to gather insights into their internal work processes.
- Create process flow charts and identify inefficiencies and issues.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators for improvement in the existing operation mode, processes, and structure.
- Organize information and produce effective presentation slides.
- Collaborate with clients and other Pasona internal teams to efficiently document requirements and implement projects.
- Create presentation documents.
- Maintain constant and effective communications with clients.
- Bring a fresh perspective on the challenges the team faces and effectively communicate its advantages.
- Coordinate meetings with internal team members regarding BPR business expansion and achieving business goals.
Future Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
Salary : $65,000-$85,000 (Base Salary) + Profit Sharing
Location : Torrance, CA / San Jose, CA / New York, NY / Chicago, IL / Houston, TX / Atlanta, GA
Work Hour : 9 : 00am -6 : 00pm (3 days in office. Hybrid work)
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday (40 hours / week)
