You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. 125,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
- Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
- Actively seek and acquire new clients through various lead-generation methods
- Guide clients through the buying or selling process with exceptional service
- Conduct market research to ensure clients receive the best deals
- Negotiate contracts and close transactions effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and best practices
- Attend training sessions and team meetings regularly
