Your Day-To-Day as a Client Success Specialist
- Engage with new and existing customers to sell and introduce them to new services and promotions from Frontier Communications.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues with patience and a positive attitude.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits, ensuring they get the most value out of their services.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gauge customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and suggest solutions before problems arise.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Success Specialists to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey from sale to service.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends and pain points.
