Title : Clinical Data Conversion Manager Location : Plano, TX - Hybrid Duration : Direct Hire Work Requirements : US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Leading and managing integration projects, ensuring seamless technical operations, and developing innovative solutions to support Electronic Health Record transitions. The role is responsible for technical leadership, systems integration, and database management of EHR solutions, and for fostering vendor and client relationships and team collaboration. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain scalable integration technologies for ambulatory systems to include data conversion and migration Lead technical teams to achieve efficiency and productivity improvements Build and sustain long-term client relationships through exceptional support and solutions Conduct regular updates for stakeholders on team progress and project outcomes Design, deploy, and maintain decision support analytics for operational metrics and data visualization Create and enforce data governance policies to ensure high-quality data management practices Plan and oversee large-scale projects, including EHR implementations, system upgrades, and data migration initiatives Manage project deliverables, budgets, and timelines effectively. Translate complex ideas into easily understandable themes for all technical and non-technical members of the organization Requirements : 5+ years of related healthcare industry experience. Proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSMS, Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle SQL Developer Advanced knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and integration tools Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage performance Strong background in team training, development, and workflow optimization Creative and analytical problem-solving skills for technical challenges and operational enhancements Deep understanding of EHR systems, clinical data integration, and healthcare data reporting Experience leading large-scale healthcare projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Master's degree preferred.
