Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Receiving Inspection CMM Technician V for the Manufacturing Technical Operations division located in Houston, TX. The Receiving Inspection CMM Technician V will create metrology programs using CALYPSO and / or Zone3 software for the inspection of surgical products using Zeiss CMMs and OGP Visual Measurement Systems within the quality organization. The Receiving Inspection CMM Technician V will also perform :
- Measurements to support the GR&R analysis of the inspection routines
- Create standardized work instructions and report templates to ensure high quality and robust inspection process
- Hands-on support of Incoming Inspection to confirm visual and dimensional Out of Specifications of received products
- Promote cooperation and teamwork within the quality control department through open, candid communication and timely coordination
