GreenWay Bank is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist to join our growing team! In this role you will be primarily responsible for the daily processing, maintenance, and oversight of all deposit-related transactions for our customers. You’ll work collaboratively with branch staff and other internal partners to ensure that documented procedures are followed and help ensure regulatory compliance in the bank’s daily operations, as well as ensuring that a high level of service is provided for our customers.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Ensure that documented procedures are followed in the execution of bank operations
- Work with management to help identify and implement process efficiencies
- Assist in the collection of requested data and responses for bank assessments and audits
- Responsible for processing and performing the following tasks daily or as required :
RIM / Reject Processing
Track, monitor, and communicate outstanding documentation to frontline representatives and appropriate management
