Position Summary
The Global Ethics & Compliance team is seeking a contractor to provide temporary support for the Anti-Corruption Due Diligence (ACDD) program. This role will assist in the day-to-day execution of ACDD processes by ensuring timely and accurate handling of due diligence activities for third-party engagements outside the United States.
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate due diligence requests by supporting engagement owners in launching ACDD initial assessments and renewals.
• Monitor and manage the shared ACDD mailbox, triaging incoming requests, routing inquiries to appropriate stakeholders, and maintaining response logs.
• Conduct periodic access roster reviews to ensure system permissions are appropriate and current.
• Organize historical ACDD documentation in accordance with record retention policies and prepare materials for audit-readiness and compliance reviews.
• Participate in monitoring activities related to compliance with the Anti-Corruption program and ensure proper follow-up on corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver ad hoc and regular reports to stakeholders to track ACDD status and compliance progress.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong organizational and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in compliance, legal operations, or administrative support preferred.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management tools (, Aravo, ServiceNow, Third Party Manager) is a plus.
