Position Details:

As an NAI Assembler, you will build products in our customers' homes. You will first be certified as an In-Home Assembler Technician, which means you will assemble for our customers like Leggett and Platt, Rooms to Go, and more. After completing your in-home certification, there is an opportunity to become in-store certified and assemble products in our customers' stores (Walmart, Bass Pro, and more). We also have trainer certifications and grill certifications. The more certifications you earn, the more money you will make. There is so much opportunity for growth & earning potential; the sky is the limit!

A day in the life of an Assembler is when you go to various customers' homes throughout the day to assemble products. You will be working independently and will need your own reliable transportation to get to customers' homes. Work schedules include Monday - Sunday, hours to be determined based on the customer's requests. You will need to provide your own tools. We offer a top-rated paid certification program to get you started quickly. You will make a base rate of $20/HR during training. Once you have completed training, you will earn wages under a Piece-Rate Pay model for assembling products. On average, our In-Home Assemblers make between $20/HR- $30/HR if you convert the Piece-Rate to an hourly wage, for jobs completed. Piece rate means you are compensated based on what you assemble.

In-Home Product Assembler Technician Duties

  • Daily, you will receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers' homes
  • Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments
  • Confirm your work orders to make sure you are assembling/repairing the correct product
