Job Description Summary

The purpose of this job is to troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Provides customer support and training. Identifies and resolves network issues. Maintains incident logs. • Provides front-facing customer service and information technology (IT) support. Assists customers via telephone, email, and in person. Diagnoses, triages, documents, and resolves IT-related issues.
• Installs, configures, deploys, and supports end-user products, systems, hardware, and software; diagnoses and repairs/replaces as necessary.
• Performs end-user IT equipment moves and configurations.
• Delivers end-user training and documentation of processes and configurations for software installations, hardware, and peripherals.
• Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience - An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent. Certification program
• 1 year of related experience.

Licenses or Certifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• A+ Certification preferred.
• Microsoft Certified Professional.

• Computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems, and basic networking.
• Microsoft Operating Systems and all versions of Microsoft Office Suites.
