Job description

Job Description Summary

The purpose of this job is to troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Provides customer support and training. Identifies and resolves network issues. Maintains incident logs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description

  • Provides front-facing customer service and information technology (IT) support. Assists customers via telephone, email, and in person. Diagnoses, triages, documents, and resolves IT-related issues.
  • Installs, configures, deploys, and supports end-user products, systems, hardware, and software; diagnoses and repairs / replaces as necessary.
  • Performs end-user IT equipment moves and configurations.
  • Delivers end-user training and documentation of processes and configurations for software installations, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Certification Program
  • 1 year of related experience.
  • Licenses or Certifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • A+ Certification preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities which may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with this position Knowledge of :

  • Computer hardware and peripherals, operating systems, and basic networking.
  • Microsoft Operating Systems and all versions of Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Google Office Suites.
  • General office practices and administrative procedures, records management, and administration techniques and procedures.
  • Equipment configuration, operation, specifications, and diagnostics.
  • Skill in :
