  • Develop and maintain organizational operating mechanisms, leadership reviews, metrics, dashboards, and governance processes that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
  • Manage organizational communications, business updates, leadership presentations, and executive review materials for internal and executive audiences.
  • Support organizational planning activities including hiring plans, headcount management, resource allocation, organizational health metrics, and investment tracking.
  • Craft targeted communications for diverse stakeholder audiences on key business and technology initiatives.

  • Partner with senior leadership to support prioritization of Advanced Technology Labs hardware technology investments and initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support for program, headcount, capital, and budget prioritization discussions across the Hardware organization.
  • Develop data-driven insights and business cases to support investment decisions and organizational priorities.
  • Monitor industry and technology trends, competitive offerings, and market opportunities relevant to the hardware technology portfolio.
  • Support evaluation of external partnerships, licensing opportunities, and corporate development activities that complement technology roadmap and strategic objectives.
  • This critical position will significantly influence Advanced Technology Labs hardware investments, operations, and technology roadmaps, helping accelerate innovation and strengthen technology leadership.

  • Experience developing semiconductor, IC/ASIC, packaging, interconnect, photonics, or related hardware technologies.
  • 7+ years of experience within technology organizations, with experience in technical program management, R&D operations, business operations, engineering management, or similar roles.
  • Strong technical foundation and ability to work effectively with engineers, researchers, and technical leaders.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment, coordinate across functions, and deliver results in complex organizational environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.
  • Experience supporting planning activities, including budgets, capital investments, headcount management, resource allocation, and operational reviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, leadership, and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong execution skills, sound judgment, and a demonstrated track record of turning ideas into results.
