Overview

Due to continued growth, TRC Field Services (FSV) is seeking Construction Specialists to support our Northern California (CA) Client Teams. With a staff of over two hundred, FSV delivers comprehensive, cost-effective Construction Management and Testing & Commissioning Service solutions safely to our Utility Customers while providing the best training programs and mentors in this industry and numerous opportunities for growth with excellent benefits.

TRC is currently seeking a Construction Specialist in Northern CA. The (CS) Construction Specialist is committed to making certain that the project moves smoothly, ensuring teamwork, efficiency and clear communication with project team members including Contractors, Agencies and staff.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Construction Specialist to support utility construction projects across Northern California. This role involves basic field labor and site support activities. Ideal candidates will have general construction or field experience and be comfortable working outdoors, traveling between job sites, and performing hands-on labor. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow in utility and infrastructure construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic construction and field labor tasks in support of utility projects
• Assist with soil work, restoration, and general site activities
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment (training provided)
• Travel between multiple job sites within the assigned region
• Follow daily work instructions provided via email
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Support crews and supervisors with day-to-day field needs

Qualifications

• Prior field, labor, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Comfortable lifting and operating basic tools (approximately up to 40
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $104,000.00 - USD $135,200.00 /Yr.
