Construction Superintendent – Zumwalt Construction, Inc. | Fresno, CA
Directed daily on-site construction operations for commercial, public works, and private-sector building projects.
Supervised subcontractors, foremen, trade contractors, and field personnel to ensure work was completed according to project plans and specifications.
Coordinated all phases of construction, including site preparation, demolition, concrete foundations, structural work, rough and finish carpentry, mechanical systems, and interior finishes.
