Job Title: Construction Laborer
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (schedule may vary based on project needs)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Construction Laborer, you'll support skilled tradespeople and help keep projects on track. You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for
• Assist carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to keep projects moving smoothly
• Load and unload materials to support daily construction needs
• Prepare job sites through cleanup and organization to maintain safety and efficiency
• Help with demolitions and safely remove debris
• Use basic hand and power tools to assist with tasks as directed, including general framing/siding support
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
• Some construction or general labor experience (6 months preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on work throughout the day
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and project procedures
• Comfort using a tape measure for basic measurement tasks
