You are a search engine optimization aficionado , able to take ownership of any SEO project big or small. You are a content management system and digital platform savant , ready to jump in and work in Wordpress, Elementor, Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, and other popular platforms. You are a content marketing maven , passionate about developing content that breaks through and gets results for our clients. You are a Jack or Jane of All Trades , unwilling to completely pigeonhole yourself into one digital specialty or focus and happy to help anywhere needed. You are a storyteller , capable of compiling analytics and other data and converting it to compelling, client-facing reporting. You are detail-oriented and organized , capable of navigating multiple clients and projects simultaneously with ease (and without being micromanaged). You are a digital enthusiast , obsessed with staying up-to-date on the latest digital trends. Execute search engine optimization tactics across multiple accounts and websites. Oversee the integration between search engine optimization and other account deliverables, including social media management and paid media. Manage multiple clients’ content editorial calendars and ensure content is being developed, converted to web, and published on time. Optimize campaigns to maintain performance and communicate recommendations to the relevant account and client teams. Deliver weekly ad toplines emails and monthly ad reports that illustrate key performance indicators and outline a compelling story. Participate on client calls and provide campaign updates and other account-relevant contributions. Build and maintain ad and other digital vendor relationships . Contribute to other deliverables and firm responsibilities, including business development , process improvement , and project management . Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience required. Agency experience is preferred. Experience in the B2C client space is a plus, but not required. Hybrid work model. Daily work performed Monday through Friday, 9.00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.; additional hours may be required on an as-needed basis.

Reporting Relationship : The Digital Strategist (SEO & Content) reports directly to the Head of Digital Strategy.
Summary :
The Full Sail Media team is growing! We are hiring a Digital Strategist with a Search Engine Optimization and Content specialization that can thrive while supporting diverse clients, managing multiple SEO and content marketing initiatives simultaneously, and contributing to overall digital strategy.
Full Sail Media’s Digital Strategist, SEO & Content will be the latest member of our strategy team responsible for supporting our digital clients, especially those engaging in content marketing and SEO initiatives. They will be responsible for overseeing search engine optimization across multiple client websites, supporting the development of content (having a creative eye for good copy and web layout is a must), publishing blog posts, compiling eye-catching web traffic toplines updates, delivering client-ready analytics reports, and pitching in across other firmwide responsibilities.
