  • Conduct routine monthly reviews and annual physical inventory counts.
  • Work with vendors, delivery services, and program partners to support the timely statewide distribution of safety resources.
  • Identify and communicate order, inventory, or delivery concerns to the appropriate program staff.

  • Post and update program announcements, safety information, events, training opportunities, product information, and educational resources.
  • Maintain online calendars, forms, surveys, frequently asked questions, and customer communication materials.
  • Add and update product descriptions, photographs, downloadable materials, and resource-library content.
  • Review website pages periodically to identify outdated information, broken links, or other routine issues that may affect users.
  • Coordinate with appropriate staff or service providers when website updates or technical assistance are needed.
  • Help ensure online information is presented clearly and in an accessible, user-friendly format.

Outreach and Program Promotion:

  • Represent UF-T2 and FTSRC at community, regional, and statewide traffic safety events.
  • Distribute educational materials and promote traffic safety initiatives such as Click It or Ticket, Bicycle Safety Month, Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month, and Child Passenger Safety Week.
  • Share current event, campaign, and safety-resource information through program websites and social media channels.
