Position Title: Digital Fitness Trainer (Specialization in Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre)Are you a certified personal trainer in the Tampa Bay Area with an irresistible energy and passion for helping others crush their fitness goals? We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and highly engaging Digital Fitness Trainer specializing in low impact, strength-building fitness modalities, such as Yoga, mat Pilates, and Barre, to deliver during on-camera sessions and represent the FASTer Way brand across content and live events.What You'll Do:Design & Program Workouts: Design and program high-quality classes specifically focusing on Yoga, Pilates, Barre or other low impact impact-strength building types of fitness modalities. Your sessions will help clients improve strength, flexibility, core stability, and joint mobility while promoting mental decompression and muscle repair. On-Camera Performance: Deliver high-energy, dynamic workouts on-camera, ensuring expert form, clear cueing, and an engaging presence.Create Content: Star in engaging workout videos, educational training sessions, and social media content that motivates and connects with our growing community.Interact: Represent the FASTer Way brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity in all client and media interactions.Innovate: Share insights to help develop fresh, exciting fitness programs and initiatives.Collaborate: Collaborate closely with the creative marketing, programming and production teams to execute fitness content that aligns with brand standards.Minimum Deliverables:Workout Filming - Approximately 1-2 days per week (Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9am - 5pm ET); up to 3 hours at a timeWorkout programming - Design and program high-quality class sessions in advance of filming.Live Events Participation Engagement: Actively engage participants during events and photo ops as neededProgramming Content & CreationParticipate in social media promotions as neededWhat's in It for You?Be part of a fast-growing fitness revolution.Impact lives both virtually and in-person.Stay fit while doing what you love.Join a team that values health, fun, and creativity.Who You AreCertified personal trainer (required) with at least 3 years of experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or group instruction.
