We turn drawings into durable, code-compliant signage that installs cleanly and on schedule. As our Architectural Signage Delivery Manager, you orchestrate the people, materials, and information that make each project successful.

Role focus

• Lead complex signage/graphics projects from kickoff to completion, balancing budget, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Translate contracts into clear scope, objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
• Coordinate estimators, design, production, field supervisors, and installation teams for seamless execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for owners, clients, and external partners.
• Direct on-site labor planning; monitor progress to maintain timelines and costs.
• Surface risks early and drive corrective actions.
• Represent the company in project and strategy meetings; communicate plans/specs/contract requirements to all stakeholders.
• Generate and maintain project reporting on progress, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Assign and coordinate field personnel to specific sites and tasks.
• Manage procurement workflows: track supplier orders, expedite delays, and align delivery schedules.
• Solicit and analyze vendor quotations; recommend suppliers on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Perform accurate material takeoffs from construction documents, design files, and specifications; maintain organized spreadsheets/databases.
• Work closely with the Design Department to ensure build-ready documentation for manufacturing.
• Resolve supplier issues professionally and obtain timely confirmations.
• Issue and review work orders; initiate/manage purchase orders, amendments, and special tooling.
• Coordinate with Production Management and Receiving to verify material accuracy and on-time arrival.
• Support Sales with drawing/documentation questions.
• Prepare change orders and communicate revisions internally and externally.
• Participate in team and project meetings as required.
• Scan/copy plans and project documents to maintain records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the signage industry (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required); college degree (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in a related or similar role
• Valid driver’s license
