Job Overview We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in (or a strong willingness to learn) probate litigation and small business litigation.Probate litigation includes matters within the probate court's jurisdiction (guardianships, estate fiduciary representation, estate interested party representation, etc.) as well as auxiliary probate matters (foreclosure defense, evictions, power of attorney representation, etc.)This role requires excellent research and litigation skills, as well as the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. The Associate Attorney will have autonomy and will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance.
