CRM & Systems Specialist (Amilia)

We recently implemented Amilia and are still early in the process. Data migration is ongoing, workflows are still being defined, and teams are continuing to learn the system. This role is focused on helping us move from “new system” to “working system.”

We are looking for someone who can step into an environment that is still taking shape, bring structure to how the system is used, clean and organize data as it comes over, and help ensure the system supports how we actually operate day to day. This is not a platform-specific role. It is about understanding systems, data, and workflows and making them work in a practical way.

Key Responsibilities:

System Setup & Improvement

• Support the continued rollout and refinement of Amilia

• Identify where workflows need to be clarified, simplified, or adjusted

• Ensure the system reflects how programs and membership actually operate

Data Migration & Cleanup

• Support ongoing data migration from legacy systems

• Clean, standardize, and validate data as it is brought into Amilia

• Make practical decisions about what data should and should not be carried forward

Structure & Consistency

• Establish clear and simple standards for how the system is used

• Ensure consistency in fields, processes, and data entry across teams

• Prevent unnecessary complexity as the system evolves

User Support & Adoption

• Help staff use the system effectively in their day-to-day work

• Identify where people are working around the system and address root issues

• Provide straightforward, practical guidance

Reporting

• Build and maintain basic reporting and dashboards

• Create visibility into participation, engagement, and operations

Cross-Functional Work

• Partner with internal teams to understand needs and align system use

• Work with technical resources as needed



Qualifications:

  • 4–8+ years working with CRM or operational systems

  • Experience supporting a system during rollout, migration, or early-stage implementation

  • Strong understanding of data quality, structure, and usability

  • Ability to work independently and move work forward without constant direction

  • Comfortable working across teams and in environments that are still evolving

  • Platform-agnostic mindset (Amilia experience not required)

  • What will make someone successful in this role

  • Comfortable when things are not fully built yet

  • Can bring order without overcomplicating things

  • Take ownership and move work forward

  • Focus on making systems usable, not just technically correct



Compensation details: 80000-90000 Yearly Salary
