Position Overview:
Join our winning insurance and financial services team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative Team Member and be coached to earn at a high level based on your hard work. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others plan for the financial impact of unexpected events. You will have the opportunity to assist customers in making responsible insurance and financial decisions by providing them with the best products and solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with customers who require assistance in understanding and selecting insurance and financial products.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our products and help them make informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and foster repeat business.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of insurance and financial products, as well as our computer systems.
