Catering Support & Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Catering Support & Customer Service Representative!

Location : Shelton, CT (Hybrid Remote with 2 days / week onsite)

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 30 AM5 : 00 PM (Bonus if you're flexible to work 9 : 30 AM6 : 00 PM when needed)

Contract : 3 Months (with potential to extend)

We're looking for a Catering Support & Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice and organized mind behind our catering program. This is an entry-level role with room to growand a great opportunity to gain experience in sales, hospitality, and operations.

What You'll Do :

  • Become an expert in our catering offerings so you can confidently guide customers
  • Answer calls, take orders, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Make thoughtful catering recommendations and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Navigate multiple systems (phone, email, ordering portals, internal resources) with ease
  • Keep accurate records and documentation
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and empathetically
  • Update customer profiles and data as needed
  • Pitch in on other catering or special projects during downtime
